Ten years ago, with plenty of excitement and anticipation, the Wine Courses Barcelona project was born. Back then, we couldn’t have imagined how far it would go, or how many people would share this journey with us.
We started with small groups, a strong desire to teach, and a shared passion for wine. Today, ten years later, we’re still here—with the same passion and a community that hasn’t stopped growing.
What we’ve experienced..
Over this time, more than 1,000 people have attended our classes. Some came out of curiosity, others for work, and others simply because they wanted to learn how to enjoy wine with a deeper understanding of it.
Each and every one of those people has left a mark. We’ve shared stories, cultures, laughter, and many glasses of wine. We’ve tasted wines from all over the world—from Priorat to New Zealand—and we continue discovering new things every day.
What drives us…
We never wanted to be just a school. We wanted to create a space where people could learn without fear, ask questions without feeling embarrassed, and talk about wine without pretension. A place where knowledge and pleasure could meet.
We’ve worked hard to offer high-quality training that’s internationally recognised (such as WSET courses), but always with a fun, hands-on and accessible approach.
What’s next…
This anniversary is the perfect time to raise a glass to the future. We want to keep growing, bringing in new ideas, meeting many more students, collaborating with more wineries and businesses, and making the world of wine more accessible to everyone.
